Note:

1. All selected candidates must appear in the complete official uniform of FG Liaquat Ali Degree College.
2. Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of admission, including:
   1. B-Form/CNIC
   2. SSC Certificate/Mark Sheet
   3. HSSC Certificate/Mark Sheet
   4. Character Certificate
3. All candidates must submit two (2) recent color passport-size photographs with a blue background.
4. Candidates selected for admission to the BSCS program based on their first-year (HSSC Part-I) results will be granted Provisional Admission.
   Their admission will be confirmed only after the declaration of their second-year (HSSC Part-II) results and upon fulfilling all college admission requirements.
